Long associated with the house, butterflies continue to make an impression on this Poetic Complication timepiece. A manual-winding mechanical movement with a 40-hour power reserve and an exclusive 12-hour module drive the watch.

BREGUET PERLES IMPERIALES HAUTE JOAILLERIE Ref. GJ29BB89245D58 - S$163,300, RM410,500

For the first time ever, Breguet has exclusively dedicated a timepiece to Napoleon’s first wife, Josephine, whose Breguet watch (one of her many) inspired this new model. In keeping with Breguet's ladies’ models, the Perles Imperiales High Jewellery watch features an oval dial. A ring of 23 brilliant-cut diamonds adorns the bezel and a briolette diamond rests on the crown. Additionally, 15 Chaton-set diamonds sit under the prongs with a lustrous Akoya pearl at the bottom of the case. No detail is too small as a closer look at the dial reveals 66 brilliant-cut diamonds embellishing the flange with diamond markers at the three, six, nine and 12 o’clock positions. At its heart is the in-house Breguet Calibre 586/1 self-winding movement with a power reserve of 38 hours.

HARRY WINSTON TWIST AUTOMATIC – price unavailable

Modelled after the iconic Emerald Twist Bracelet of the 1960s, this new high jewellery timepiece sits like a feathered garland on your wrist. A whirl of baguette-cut diamonds blends seamlessly with marquise-cut diamonds and rubies on the dial, set at different heights for a voluminous effect. In total, a staggering 450 diamonds and 175 rubies adorn the entire timepiece. Visible through the sapphire crystal caseback, the calibre HW2008 is just as pleasing to the eye with Côtes de Genève finishes and circular graining.

JACOB & CO. BRILLIANT ARLEQUINO FLYING TOURBILLON Ref. BT543.30.HX.HX.A – S$1,150,000, RM3,450,000

As its name suggests, this kaleidoscopic timepiece is inspired by the Harlequin character known for his chequered multi-coloured costume. Each unique piece is masterfully set with baguette-cut diamonds, rubies and sapphires of various hues, combining the art of fine horology with gem-setting mastery as the case and dial appear invisibly set with gems while the exposed one-minute flying tourbillon is positioned at six o’clock. The timepiece is driven by the manually-wound JCBM01 calibre with a power reserve of 100 hours.
