Jaeger-LeCoultre Offers New Eight-Year Warranty

That's how Jaeger-LeCoultre takes care of business.

After-sales customer service gets truly souped-up – if you are a proud owner of a Jaeger-LeCoultre watch or clock, that is. The 186-year-old Swiss company is truly moving with the times with the launch of its new ‘Care’ programme, an online platform that acts as a personalised digital database of one’s Jaeger-LeCoultre watches, as well as a curated news, information and educational portal.

Most importantly, the Care programme extends the warranty for all Jaeger-LeCoultre’s timepieces to eight years, including timepieces that are currently under the original international limited warranty. Simply register online at jaeger-lecoultre.com/services to get connected with the programme.

Catherine Rénier, CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre says the new initiative is “integral… to foster a long-term and caring relationship with customers." She adds,"We are excited to offer this new solution to our customers' evolving preferences while remaining true to our Maison's long traditions and status as the Home of Watchmaking."

Alvin promises not to be a douche when talking about watches. He may have scoured the Basel and Geneva watch fairs for the past 15 years, and played an instrumental role to the growth of Singapore's pioneering horological and men's lifestyle publications, but the intrepid scribe seeks to learn something new with each story he writes.
